Meet our donor programme assistants

General

With over 35 years of experience supporting donors through their egg donation journey, our donor programme assistants are skilled in guiding donors through the different stages of egg donation, whether it's their first time donating or they are repeat donors.

What is a donor programme assistant?

Our donor programme assistants will be among the first people you meet when applying to become an egg donor. They are here to support you throughout the egg donation journey, offering ongoing support and information from start to finish. Whether booking appointments, giving updates, or discussing the legal and emotional aspects, our team is here to answer any questions or concerns, big or small. We want to ensure you feel fully informed and comfortable at every stage.

Why are our donor programme assistants so important to donors?

At Manchester Donors, we’re passionate about donor care. We believe our donors are exceptional individuals who help us make the dreams of families a reality for many struggling with infertility.

We’ve always strived to go the extra mile as a team. Our donors invest their time into something genuinely altruistic, so we invest our time in ensuring they receive expert care. We have built up a team of experts who know and understand the journey you are about to take. Our experts aim to make each unique egg donation journey as stress-free and straightforward as possible.

Our team is always highly praised by donors who have completed their donations. They receive wonderful messages from past donors such as Kamila.

“I was treated with the greatest care during my stay at the clinic and I've also been under their care after my egg donation. I have to say they have a highly trained team in every department. The process of donating eggs itself was conducted in a very professional and caring way. The Doctors and nurses informed me about everything, and the team made me feel safe. If I could choose again, I would donate my eggs again at this clinic without thinking twice.” - Kamila.

Meet our donor programme assistants

We have three donor programme assistants, Olivia, Steph, and Georgina, who are part of our expert team. They all have unique backgrounds, adding different perspectives to the team.

Meet Olivia

After completing her postgraduate degree in Developmental Psychology in September 2020, Olivia worked with the elderly and people with cognitive impairments. Her experience, allows her to skilfully support donors on a daily basis.

"I love to make a positive difference in people's lives. As a donor programme assistant, I love to support our amazing egg donors as they help people reach their dream of starting a family."

Meet Steph

With a pharmaceutical background, Steph’s organisational skills and exceptional patient care ensure that all donors can look forward to a stress-free and rewarding donation journey. Steph thrives working with selfless people who choose to help others by donating.

“Providing personal one-on-one support and building relationships with our donors and patients is essential to me. The Donation Team is a close-knit and dedicated team that helps us provide a first-class experience for our patients and donors.”

Meet Georgina

Georgina joined our team in October 2023 and brings with her lots of customer service experience and a genuine passion for helping others to her role on our egg donation team. She excels in a person-centred role, getting to know each donor, learning their reasons for donating and celebrating with donors when their egg donation has been successful.

"I'm so grateful to be part of such a wonderful team. We are extremely inclusive and feel like a little family. My time here is so gratifying, and I wouldn't want to be doing anything else!"

Considering becoming a donor?
